Salon Rules and Policies
Cancellations, no-shows and late fee
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge equal to the deposit.
For no-shows or same-day cancellations, the full amount will be charged.
If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.
To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a £10 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur, and we appreciate your understanding as we aim to deliver exceptional service to all clients. Please contact us promptly to reschedule your appointment, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.
We are committed to making any necessary corrections, and if the fault is on our side, we will offer you a refund.
Colour Correction
I understand and accept the risks involved in the corrective hair colouring process by the Copper Colour Collective.
I acknowledge that achieving the desired colour may require multiple sessions and that the results are not guaranteed due to various factors, including the current condition of my hair and previous treatments. In consideration of receiving the corrective colouring services, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand that the hair colouring process may involve the use of hair dye, bleach, or other chemical treatments, which may potentially damage my hair, leading to undesired outcomes such as hair breakage, uneven colour, or unexpected results.
2. No Guarantees: I acknowledge that Copper Colour Collective cannot guarantee specific results from the corrective colouring process, as hair can react differently to colour treatments, and the results may vary.
3. Precautions and Aftercare: I will follow the hairstylist's instructions for proper aftercare to maintain the quality and health of my hair after the corrective colouring process, understanding that not following these guidelines may result in adverse effects.
4. Release of Liability: I release Copper Colour Collective, its employees, and affiliated partners from any liability for damages, losses, injuries, or expenses incurred because of the corrective colouring process.
5. Consent to Treatment: I confirm that I have provided all relevant information regarding previous hair treatments and the current condition of my hair and consent to Copper Colour Collective performing the corrective colouring process based on the information provided.
6. Alternative Solutions: I agree to consider alternative hair treatments as recommended by the hairstylist if corrective colouring may not be the best solution for my hair.
Healthy History
For your comfort and safety, please inform our specialists if you have any allergies, physical issues, or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.
If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Right to refuse service
Our salon staff reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are behaving improperly, intoxicated, or whose health condition may affect the outcome of the service.
Kids in the salon
As we are committed to ensuring the safety of all our guests, we do not allow unsupervised children in the salon.
In case of emergencies, please ensure that a responsible adult accompanies them.

Personal items
We are happy to hang up any items that you give us, but we take no responsibility in regards to damage or loss of the item. This is done at your own risk.
